What We’re About

Wellness Dosis is a collaboration between two health professionals, who also happen to be siblings. By coincidence, we each became impassioned health educators, in two very different disciplines (complementary medicine and nutrition). As we discussed the challenges facing our respective clients, we realized that a more collaborative, immersive and cross-disciplinary approach was required in order to maximize our clients’ chances of success. We also noticed that the work lives of our clients had an enormous impact on their health, happiness, satisfaction and purpose.

Likewise, how one performs at work is greatly impacted by the overall health of the person. When there’s a nutritional deficit, one’s energy levels and motivation will suffer, leading to less productivity. When physical pain intercedes in every moment, an individual’s focus, mood and capacity for creative thought will flounder. This is why helping your team to have a more healthy, integrated, mindful and meaningful life directly correlates to better teamwork, better output, and better success for your company. Wellness is not an extra perk but an essential component of a well-functioning company with a successful long-term outlook.

Wellness Dosis has the philosophy that small, bite-size changes add up. We also believe that wellness is not defined by one thing like healthy eating, but rather a holistic look at each individual’s unique circumstances, lifestyle and challenges. We use evidence based information, proven techniques and our many years of experience to help your employees live better lives. That, of course, is a win-win for the employee, the company and us (yes, our biggest wins happen when you and your employees succeed!).

The information was presented in a clear and positive way! I’d recommend this to my peers, it focuses on moderation vs strict cutting that I see a lot of other people market nowadays.

During the session with Nadia, I began to feel a sense of well being and awareness about my body that was different from anything I had ever felt before. Nadia suggested ways in which I could improve all aspects of my posture while sitting, standing, walking and running.
